Golf Peformance Programs Golf is a sport that requires so many physical attributes. Each of
these attributes (endurance, power and flexibility) will be addresses in this program. This program includes the above listed
screens and assessments. Without such information strength and flexibility programming is non-specific to your needs. Because
of this assessment each program is written specifically for the individual and in no way considered generic.
Psychology of Sport Training These sessions can be adapted
to performers and coaches at all levels. These programs can be education based or behavior modification based. Specific protocals
and modalidies will be based on the needs of the client.
